Commodore Call-In Show with Bobby Johnson Monday Night Nashville, Tenn. – The Commodore Call-In Show, which opens tonight with Vanderbilt Head Coach Bobby Johnson discussing the upcoming season, will air on the team’s new flagship radio station, WGFX “The Zone” 104.5 FM at 7 p.m. CT. The one-hour show, hosted by Vanderbilt play-by-play announcer Joe Fisher, will be staged at the Commodore Sports Bar and Grille, located one block off campus in the Holiday Inn Select. Johnson will discuss the Commodores’ upcoming season opener with the South Carolina Gamecocks. The important Southeastern Conference encounter is scheduled this Saturday in Vanderbilt Stadium. Tickets for the 11:30 a.m. kickoff are available. Johnson and Commodore assistant head coach Robbie Caldwell also will greet Commodore fans before the event. The meet-and-greet with Caldwell is set for 6:00-6:30 p.m., while Johnson will meet fans and sign autographs from 6:30-7:00 p.m. The Commodore Bar and Grille will offer a special $2.99 appetizer buffet to Vanderbilt followers attending the show. The show also features questions for Coach Johnson from the audience and Commodore fans listening on the popular “The Zone” radio station.
