NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The excitement will be felt all over again.

Vanderbilt Athletics will provide fans an exclusive opportunity to relive the 2018 bowling national championship courtesy of Facebook Live, YouTube and Vanderbilt bowling’s Twitter page. The historic match will re-air at 7 p.m. Thursday.

The Commodores beat McKendree University 4-3 in St. Louis, Missouri, after trailing 3-2 in what would become a thrilling comeback victory. The second national title for the bowling program became the fourth national championship in Vandy’s history before the 2019 baseball team added the fifth.

Katie Stark and Emily Rigney were named MVPs of the event while coach John Williamson led his squad to the title match as the No. 4 seed with a win over Nebraska and three triumphs over Sam Houston State.
