NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Vanderbilt baseball will host Bark in the Park on April 30 at Hawkins Field, allowing a unique opportunity for fans to bring their dog to the Commodores’ 6:30 p.m. tilt against Tennessee Tech.
All fans who wish to bring their dog to the ballpark must register here. Dogs must be brought through the outfield gate in front of Memorial Gym. Fans will be able to purchase outfield tickets by clicking here. Season ticket holders may bring their dog but will be required to enter through the outfield and sit in sections M and N.
Dogs will receive a special Vanderbilt bandana, access to dog area and special treats. Adults(must be 18 years or older) may only bring one dog. All dog owners must have a ticket to the game. Attendees must show proof of current vaccinations including rabies, Bordetella and DHPP (as of April 30, 2019).
Dogs must remain on a leash at all times and will not be able to go to any other areas of the stadium or into Memorial Gym. Fans are advised not to bring their dog if he or she is unreliable in crowds or with other dogs.
Vanderbilt Athletics reserves the right to refuse entry to any dog, and reserves the right to eject any unruly, rowdy or disruptive dog or owner from Hawkins Field. Fans should be courteous and pick up after their dog. All fans must complete a waiver and bring it to the game. For questions, please call 615-875-7495.
