  • Vanderbilt returns home to host Texas A&M on Tuesday night in a 6 p.m. tip at Memorial Gymnasium. The game will air on ESPNU with Dave Neal and Daymeon Fishback on the call.
  • The Commodores are 10-8 all-time against the Aggies and are 6-2 in meetings at Memorial Gymnasium. Texas A&M, however, has won four of the past six meetings overall.
  • The Aggies claimed a pair of meetings last season, a 72-67 decision in College Station and then an 87-75 win in the SEC semifinals.
  • Evan Taylor continued his hot shooting from beyond the arc on Saturday at South Carolina, knocking down 2-of-4 three-pointers. Taylor is shooting 47 percent (16-of-34) from distance over the past six games.
  • Tyrin Lawrence scored a team-leading 15 points against the Gamecocks to reach double figures for the 13th-straight game. Lawrence leads the Dores in SEC action, averaging 14.8 points per contest.
  • Ven-Allen Lubin has scored 10-or-more points in three of the past four games. He’s averaging 11.1 points per game over the past seven contests, scoring at least eight in each of those games.
