ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The Vanderbilt women’s golf team will compete on the NCAA Championship golf course Monday through Wednesday at the Margaret Moses Branch NCAA Fall Preview in Albuquerque, N.M.

The Commodores will compete with Arizona, Arizona State, Auburn, Duke, Georgia, Louisville, UNLV, TCU, BYU, Oklahoma State, Pepperdine, Stanford, USC, Wake Forest, Purdue, UCLA, and host New Mexico at this week’s tournament. The 18-team field features the top-12 finishers from last year’s NCAA Championships, host New Mexico, and additional institutions currently ranked in the top-10 in the golfweek or golfstat.com polls.

The University of New Mexico Championship Golf Course will be set up as a par 73, 6,069 yards layout.

Georgia (289-295-285=869) captured the 2006 Margaret Moses Championship, and Nicole Smith of Tennessee (67-75-69=211) won medalist honors at the tournament.

Jacqui Concolino, Liebelei Lawrence, Megan Grehan, Amber Lundskog, and Brooke Goodwin will compete for the Commodores this week in Albuquerque.
