KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – As vucommodores.com was checking out the sights at ESPN’s College Gameday, we spotted a group of approximately 50 Vanderbilt students who made the three hour trip to cheer on their Commodores.
Westley Taylor, a senior at Vanderbilt and a Knoxville native, showed his spirit by donning a suit of pom poms that had been passed down to him from an older friend. The outfit was originally created with 340 pom poms and is now down to 326.
The men tipoff against Tennessee at 11 a.m CT while the women play at 7 p.m. Both games will be shown on ESPN.
