NASHVILLE, Tenn. – With the holiday season upon us, Vanderbilt held a Teddy Bear Toss to benefit Toys for Tots at halftime of Tuesday’s women’s basketball game.
From the event, Vanderbilt collected seven trash bags totaling 347 stuffed animals, which were all donated to Toys for Tots Wednesday morning.
In the game, the Commodores cruised to a 74-48 victory over Western Kentucky in front of the largest crowd of the season.
