In recognition of Veterans Day, Vanderbilt athletics is happy to offer all active and retired members of the armed forces FREE tickets to the women’s basketball game vs. Western Kentucky on Monday, November 11th. The Commodores will take on Western Kentucky at 7 p.m. at Memorial Gym as they open the 2013-2014 regular season.
Active and retired military personnel can secure their tickets to the game by emailing Allison Bradley at allison.bradley@vanderbilt.edu by noon on Monday.
“This is just a small token of appreciation for the tremendous service that the men and women of our armed forces have given to our country,” Director of Sales and Marketing Steve Walsh said. “It is our hope that veterans and their families will come and enjoy a Commodore basketball game and allow us to say thank you.”
