Hannah Tuomi put in a shot under the basket to record the Commodores first points of the game at the 17:02 mark.
– With 15:34 remaining in the half, Jasmine Lister hit Vanderbilt’s first three-pointer and tied the game at 5.
– Vanderbilt went on a 9-0 run that began at the 14:25 mark and spanned two and half minutes, putting the Commodores ahead 16-7.
Angela Puleo and Jasmine Lister had a team-leading six points while four `Dores had three rebounds.

Player notes:

Hannah Tuomi recorded her 13th game with 10 or more rebounds.
– Tuomi had double-digit rebounds for the second-consecutive game.
– Tuomi’s 12 rebounds are the most she has had against an SEC opponent in Memorial Gym, topping her previous high of 10 set against Ole Miss on January 30, 2011.
Jence Rhoads’s 15 points are the most she has scored since putting up 17 against Tennessee earlier this season.
– Rhoads was a perfect 4-for-4 from the free throw line marking the fourth time she has shot 100% from the line this season.
