NASHVILLE -Vanderbilt University has extended its agreement with ISP Sports, the exclusive multi-media and advertising rightsholder for Commodore Athletics since 2000, through 2021 with the signing of a new multi-year contract.

The announcement was jointly made today by David Williams II, Vice Chancellor and General Counsel for Vanderbilt, and Ben Sutton, ISP Chairman and CEO.

“ISP Sports has done an outstanding job marketing Vanderbilt University’s athletics program on campus, the Middle Tennessee area and beyond,” said Vanderbilt Vice Chancellor for University Affairs David Williams. “Their professional touch is allowing us to take advantage of the wide variety of successes we are experiencing and we are convinced the continuity of this partnership will help propel us to even greater heights in the years to come.”

ISP Sports develops, produces and markets a variety of sponsorship opportunities involving Vanderbilt Athletics, including live radio play-by-play and call-in shows and television events, advertising in various athletic department publications and on the official athletics department website (www.VUCommodores.com), signage in university athletic facilities, and hospitality and game promotions at home events.

Also as part of the new agreement, ISP Sports will financially support major additions to multiple Commodore playing venues that will include a new videoboard, matrix board, LED ProAd boards and scoreboards for Vanderbilt Stadium, state-of-the-art scoreboards and LED ProAd boards for Memorial Gymnasium and Hawkins Field, and new scoreboards for Vanderbilt tennis and swimming facilities.

“We are very pleased to extend this partnership,” Sutton said. “The fact that the University and our company were comfortable in such a long-term agreement indicates the strong relationship that we have built, and the confidence we have that the relationship will continue to grow and prosper in the future.”

Based in Winston-Salem, NC, ISP Sports is the nation’s largest and fastest growing collegiate sports marketing company, currently serving as the multi-media rightsholder for close to 50 major college athletic programs, conferences and bowl games.
