Vanderbilt University held a special ceremony Tuesday for student-athletes who were unable to take part in Commencement last Friday because of athletic competition.
The graduation ceremony was held in the Board of Trust Room at the Vanderbilt Student Life Center. Chancellor Nicholas Zeppos conducted the ceremony, along with Athletics Director David Williams, which was also attended by athletic staff and family members of the graduates.
Participating in the ceremony were: Luke Gude (baseball manager), Will Hinson (baseball video) Ryan Lipman (men’s tennis), Lauren Mira (women’s tennis), T.J. Pecoraro (baseball), Steven Rice (baseball) and Rene Sobolewski (women’s golf).
