NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Vanderbilt men’s basketball team will play 21 regular season games on television this season as part of the SEC’s TV package, it was announced by the conference on Thursday.
Through the SEC’s deal, the Commodores will play 18 games on SEC Network, two on ESPN2/U and one on CBS. Of the 21 TV games, 11 are slated to be played in Nashville at Memorial Gymnasium.
In addition to the SEC’s television package, the Commodores will also appear on ESPN2 on Nov. 23 and Nov. 24 as part of the Vegas Showdown.
Under the direction of fifth-year head coach Jerry Stackhouse, the Dores are coming off back-to-back winning seasons and two-consecutive NIT quarterfinal appearances.
