Megan Walaitis
Associate Director • Premium Seating and Priority Giving
Megan Walaitis joined Vanderbilt’s National Commodore Club staff in February 2025. She now serves as the associate director of premium seating and priority giving.
She previously served as assistant director of fan engagement at Nevada for nearly three years, where she helped, create and implement specific marketing plans for the school’s women’s basketball, baseball, volleyball and indoor track and field programs.
A former student-athlete, Walaitis played lacrosse—serving as team captain as a senior while winning multiple Mountain Pacific Sports Federation weekly awards during her career—at Fresno State before earning a degree in sociology in 2021. She would go on to add a master’s degree in business marketing in 2023 from Durham (England) University, where she continued to compete in lacrosse including in international competitions.
Originally from Phoenix, Walaitis has served as both a head and assistant lacrosse coach at both the club and high school level. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants and traveling in her spare time.
