Senior Associate Athletic Director • Internal Operations (Soccer, Men's and Women's Tennis, Bowling)

Lori Alexander serves as Vanderbilt’s senior associate athletic director of internal operations, while overseeing facilities, equipment, strength and conditioning, and nutrition for the Commodores. Alexander is the department’s sports medicine and athletic training liaison, and is also the sport administrator for the soccer, men’s tennis, women’s tennis and bowling programs.

Alexander first joined the Commodores in 1997 as a strength and conditioning coach, climbing up the ranks while serving as an assistant and associate athletic director before assuming her current role in 2016.

Alexander also served as a strength and conditioning coach during stops at Cal and Notre Dame.

A native of Mishawaka, Indiana, Alexander earned her undergraduate degree from Bethel and a master’s in education from Indiana.

Alexander enjoys hiking, strength training and water sports.
