Jasmine Gilbert joined Vanderbilt as a dietitian intern in 2021. She works primarily with the baseball, lacrosse and bowling programs.
She arrived in Nashville after a seven-month professional performance internship at Mississippi State, where worked with Olympic sports as well as gaining football experience.
Gilbert was pursuing a master’s degree while working with the Bulldogs. She received her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Louisiana-Lafayette in 2019 and will finish her master’s in food and nutrition from Louisiana Tech in 2021.
