Heather Hamilton
Assistant Coach
Heather Hamilton joined Vanderbilt as its dance coach in 2021.
Hamilton has competed at the highest levels in competitive dance, earning numerous regional and national titles. She took part in competitive pom at the high school level and had the opportunity to compete at national competitions with her high school squad. She has won many awards and scholarships during her competitive dance career and has studied under some of the top choreographers in the United States. Hamilton has choreographed for NBA, NFL and award-winning collegiate and high school programs. Hamilton has trained and worked with many notable choreographers while performing with artists such as Eric Church, Kacey Musgraves, Kellie Pickler and Neal McCoy.
Hamilton captained the pom squad at Oklahoma during her undergraduate career while performing at the Orange Bowl, Sugar Bowl and Final Four.
Hamilton graduated from Oklahoma with honors and then joined the world-renowned Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders, even appearing on CMT Network’s “Making The Team.”
Hamilton is also a cheerleader for the Tennessee Titans.
