Anna Gomez

Anna Gomez is entering her second season as a graduate assistant for the Vanderbilt women’s basketball team.
Gomez is entering her fourth season overall with the Commodores, as she previously spent time as the head student manager for the women’s basketball team.

As a head student manager, she served as the liaison between the student managers, graduate assistants, and the Director of Operations. She also assisted the Video Coordinator code games and practices using Hudl Sportscode.

During the summer of 2022, Gomez spent time as an assistant equipment manager with the Seattle Storm. In Seattle, she was responsible for preparing all player’s practice gear, maintaining inventory, and organizing team gear. She assisted the Director of Basketball Operations with post-practice equipment duties and prepared equipment for home and away games.

Gomez graduated from Vanderbilt in May of 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in sociology.
