#3 Kamryn Chaney Season 2025-26

Coach Nelson on Kamryn Chaney… Kami is a smooth and powerful athlete with a great arm. More importantly, she has a strong desire to be great. She’s worked hard to develop the decision-making skills and presence needed as an outside at this level as well as her all-around skill. It’s in her nature to take big swings in big moments—fans should be excited to watch her rip!

As a Junior (2025) 
• TSWA Volleyball Player of the Week – Sept. 23
• 20-kill performances vs. Belmont (20), at Lipscomb (21) and at Cal (22)
• Matched career high six service aces in sweep at WKU
• Recorded a double-double vs. UC Irvine (19 kills/11 digs)
• Black Student-Athlete Group Executive Board – Treasurer

• Second-ranked player in the conference for aces (48) and aces per set (0.42)

Personal 
• Mother, LaTara, played basketball at Michigan
