As a Senior (2016-17):
Played in all 28 rounds and averaged 76.25 strokes per round…Carded a low-round of 71 twice – second round of the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown and second round of the Clover Cup…Best finish of the season came at the Cardinal Fall Kickoff (T-25).
As a Junior (2015-16):
Played in all 27 rounds and averaged 75.04 strokes per round…Posted the team’s low round of the season with a third-round 66 at the Las Vegas Colleigate Showdown…Also carded a 68 in the second round in Las Vegas…Finished in a tie for 18th in Las Vegas, and also a tie for 18th at Arizona Wildcat Invitational, her best finishes of the season…Named to SEC Academic Honor Roll and the WGCA All-Scholar Team.
As a Sophomore (2014-15):
Played in 12 rounds and averaged 75.75 strokes per round…Finished in a tie for 6th, a career best, at the Rainbow Wahine Invitational…Also finished 11th at Chattanooga Classic…Low round of 71 came in second round of the UCF Challenge.
As a Freshman (2013-14):
Played in three rounds this year at the Mason Rudolph Championship, and posted a stroke average of 82.00.
Amateur and High School Highlights:
Attended Foothill High School in Pleasanton, Calif., and was the most valuable player on her high school team in 2011 and 2012…Was named as a first-team all-East Bay Athletic League selection from 2009-12…Her Foothill teams captured two consecutive East Bay Athletic League Championships, the Northern California Championship in 2012-13, and finished in the top five at the California State Championship in her senior season…Led her team with a one-under par total at the Northern California Championship.

Katherine Sborov…Born November 4, 1994 in Walnut Grove, Calif….Parents are David and Marty Sborov…Has one sister, Alex (18), who is on the TCU women’s golf team…Majoring in medicine, health and society…Chose Vanderbilt over Iowa, Minnesota, Rutgers, Michigan, Princeton, and Brown.
