The Lambert File
Ella Lambert was a letterwinner in cross country and track and field at Turpin High School under coaches Carolyn and Marshall Remmele, where she recorded prep bests of 2:16.39 in the 800 meters, 4:56.86 in the mile and 18:10.00 in the 5K (XC). She was also a member of her high school’s dance team. Named the 2020-21 Cincinnati Co-Runner of the Year, she was a district champion in 2020-21 and a six-time state qualifier, placing top five at the 2020 state cross country championships. Academically, Lambert was a Summa Cum Laude graduate and was a member of the academic all-state team and National Honor Society.

Ella is one of three children. Her parents’ names are Amy and William, and her siblings’ names are Jack and Will. Her father was a thrower and her uncle, Dave, ran track at Miami (Ohio). A fun fact about her is that she has danced since the age of three.
