Nate Bell

Assistant Athletic Director • Student Services (Men’s Golf, Women’s Golf)

Nate Bell is currently assistant athletic director of student services at Vanderbilt, working with the Commodore men’s and women’s golf programs.

He joined the Vandy staff as an academic counselor in 2009, and after promotions to senior academic counselor and assistant director of academic support Bell was named assistant director of student services in 2015. He was most recently senior director of student services before his most recent promotion.

Bell appeared in 70 games as a men’s basketball student-athlete at Wabash before receiving a degree in psychology in 2005. He earned a master’s degree in sport psychology and sport administration from Ball State two years later, and completed a doctorate degree in higher education leadership and policy from Vanderbilt.

Originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana, Bell and his wife, Sunny, have two daughters, Charlotte and Isla.
