2007: Finished 27th at the Belmont/Vanderbilt Opener, 41st at the Commodore Classic, 143rd at the Greater Louisville Classic, 105th at the Chile Pepper Festival, 75th at the SEC Championship, and 109th at the NCAA South Regional Championship. Semones captured the Most Improved award for the men[apos]s team.

2006: Finished 5th on the team and 11th overall at Commodore Classic in 28:35.

2005: Ran on SEC Championship and Regionals teams… placed in the top 30 at the Evansville Invitational.

2004: Personal bests include 8k (27:52) , 10k (35:10) and 5k (16:45).

High School: 15th place at KY State Meet 2003 (16:47)…4:32 PR for 1600m (9th at state meet 2004)… member of 2004 runner-up 4×800 team at 2004 state meet…All- State Honorable Mention and Academic All-State for cross country.
