NASHVILLE, Tenn. – It is the culmination of the season’s preparations as Vanderbilt men’s and women’s cross country travels to the SEC Championships in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Friday.
Admission to the 2020 SEC Cross Country Championships is free. For fans planning to attend the meet, parking will be available at L’Auberge Casino and Hotel. Shuttles to and from University Club will begin at 7 a.m. and will run until 12:30 p.m. following the event.
Last year at the conference meet, the women were sixth overall and just six points out of fourth, while the men were led by Nick Laning, who became the second male Commodore to earn All-SEC honors en route to a 10th-place finish and the program’s lowest point total since 1980.
