SEAT SELECTIONS & UPGRADES
Thank you for your support of the Commodores through your season ticket purchase. Vanderbilt Athletics offers an online seat selection/upgrade process for all fans who renew or purchase season tickets by the stated deadline(s). This online process puts the selection of seats directly in the hands of National Commodore Club members and season ticket holders.
Please review the information below to better understand the process and steps to prepare for your seat selection window.
General Information
- Appointments are staggered over several days. When your window opens you may select seats at that time, or any time until the selection process closes.
- You will receive multiple emails reminding you of your selection day/time, including a reminder on the day of your selection. An additional reminder will be sent if you do not log in.
- During your selection window you are able to see available seats (green dots), select them, and add to your cart. If you upgrade to a higher priced selection, you will have a balance due upon check out. This must be paid to secure the newly selected seats.
- There is no time limit to select new seats once in the system, but new customers will be added to the system every few minutes and therefore available seats may be purchased by other fans.
- You are strongly encouraged to log in to the system prior to the stated seat selection time to view options and familiarize yourself with the process. You will be notified via email once the site is live and available to view.
Selection Info
- You must check out of the system with at least the same number of seats you entered the process with. You are not allowed to drop seats during this process. You are allowed to add more seats to your order, not exceeding either two times the amount of tickets you currently have or a maximum of 10 tickets.
- For example, if you have 2 tickets, you may add up to 2 more tickets. But, if you have 6 tickets, you may only add 4 tickets for a maximum of 10.
- You are not allowed to strand single seats. This is a strict non-negotiable policy. To avoid stranding a single seat, you have the option to purchase the additional seat or select seats elsewhere in the venue.
- Group seating/sitting with friends: fans wishing to select seats with friends must coordinate their selection with the appointment time of the lowest ranked person within the group. At that designated time, each account holder may log in to the system and choose seats together.
- Please note: it is not possible to partially check out of the system. Seats are secured once the entire process, including any relevant payments, are complete through the online system.
- Once selections are complete, you are unable to alter your seat selection. Please contact the ticket office if you wish to further adjust your seating location.
- Selection times are based on National Commodore Club ranking.
Missed Appointment Times
- If you miss your appointment time by more than 30 minutes, or fail to complete a started order, an email from the system will be sent to you as a reminder.
- You have until the time of your selection until the entire online system closes to adjust your seat location.
- The online system will remain open for a few days following the entire seat selection process.
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Seating
- ADA customers are encouraged to contact the ticket office during their selection time to be accommodated with available seating needs.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
- Log in to your athletics ticket account. LINK HERE
- This can also be found by visiting vucommodores.com, selecting “tickets” in the navigation bar, and then “sign in/manage my account”
- Having trouble? You may need to reset your password, or link your account. Please contact the ticket office for assistance.
STEP 2
- Select “My Account” from the options in top right, then “Upgrade Opportunities.”
STEP 3
- Watch the instructional video to familiarize yourself with the system. You will learn how to browse the stadium, select seats, and check out with your selections.
- This may be done in advance of your appointment time, to better save time once your window is open.
STEP 4
- Select your seats.
- Once you watch the tutorial video and your current seats, hit the “select” arrow on the page to advance.
- You will notice an interactive map with green and red sections. Within each sections are green and red dots. Green means there is availability and the seat is able to be selected. Red means unable to select.
- If you need ADA seating options, please call the ticket office at 615-322-4653 for available options.
STEP 5
- Review your selections/cart and confirm.
- Once your are done, you will finalize your selections and work through confirmation screens.
- On the final screen, you will select “confirm seats”
STEP 6
- Payment
- If you do not have a balance due, you will not have to pay anything, but still must select “place your order” to complete the process.
- If you selected/upgraded seats from what you entered the process with, you will have a balance due. You must “place your order” and enter payment information to complete and finalize the transaction.
You’re all set!
Once check out is complete, an order confirmation screen will appear. You will receive an email confirmation of your selection.
