NASHVILLE, Tenn. — No. 25 Vanderbilt men’s basketball visits Rupp Arena for the second matchup of the season with Kentucky on Saturday afternoon. Tipoff is set for 1 p.m. CT on ESPN.

BACK ON TRACK
- Vanderbilt bounced back with an 88-80 victory over Georgia on senior night at Memorial Gymnasium.
- Six Commodores scored in double figures, led by Tyler Tanner and Devin McGlockton with 17 points. Duke Miles added 15, AK Okereke 13 and Tyler Nickel and Jalen Washington 10 each.
- McGlockton added 10 rebounds to notch his fourth double-double of the season.
- Vandy owned the paint, outscoring Georgia 44-26 and outrebounding the Bulldogs 36-29.
AK MORE THAN OK
- AK Okereke stuffed the stat sheet against Georgia with 13 points, six rebounds, six assists and two blocks.
- Okereke is one of just six SEC forwards to record at least 13 points, six boards and six assists in a game this season. He’s the first Vandy player to produce the line since Ezra Manjon in 2023.
- The graduate has been torching the nets in SEC play, shooting 53.2 percent from the field and 44.1 percent from beyond the arc. Okereke is averaging 10.8 points in SEC action.
MILES MAKING PROGRESS
- In his second game back from injury, Duke Miles scored 13 points on 6-of-10 shooting and 3-of-5 from three-point land in just 21 minutes against Georgia.
- He added a pair of steals and four rebounds to the winning effort on senior night.
LAST TIME AGAINST THE CATS
- Vanderbilt rolled to an 80-55 victory over Kentucky in the first meeting back on Jan. 27. Tyler Tanner and Tyler Nickel led the Dores with 19 points apiece.
- Devin McGlockton went for 11 points and 12 boards in a double-double effort and Chandler Bing scored a season-best 11.
- Vandy held Kentucky to just 32.2 percent from the floor and 25 percent from three.
- The Commodores forced 15 Wildcat turnovers and scored 28 points off the miscues.
SERIES HISTORY
- Vanderbilt aims for the season sweep of the Cats, a feat which has not occurred since 2007.
- The Commodores have won in just one of their past 17 trips to Rupp Arena, a 68-66 win in 2023.
