As a Senior (2014-15):
Played all 30 rounds as a senior and had a 73.77 scoring average…Carded four top 10 finishes, including a pair of runner-up finishes at the Ruth’s Chris Tar Heel and the Rainbow Wahine Invitational…Finished fourth at Mason Rudolph and sixth in UCF Challenge…Posted four round in the 60’s, including a season team-low 66 in the first round of the UCF Challenge.
As a Junior (2013-14):
Played all 34 rounds and had a 73.09 scoring average…Lowest round of the year came in the final round of the NCAA East Regional, shen she carded a 67…Finished in a tie for second at East Regional, her best finish as a collegian…Had one other top five finish this season at the 3M Lady Jaguar Intercollegiate, finishing in a tie for fourth…Has three other top 10 finishes – at the Dale McNamara Fall Preview (T-10th), Mason Rudolph Championship (T-9th), and the Central District (T-6th).
As a Sophomore (2012-13):
Played all 34 rounds and had a team-leading 73.71 stroke average…Named a NGCA Honorable Mention All-American and All-West Region member, and was selected to the All-SEC First Team…Had six top 10 finishes and three top fives…Best finish was a tied for third at the West Regional with a total of 210 (71-71-68)…Finished fourth at the Mason Rudolph Championship with a total of 221 (75-73-73)…Also had a fifth-place finish at the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate (73-71-72=216)…Other top 10 finishes came at the Cougar Classic (T-6th), Stanford Intercollegiate (8th), and the Bryan National Collegiate…Ended Central District Invitational in 15th with a 225 (75-76-74)…Finished in a tie for 14th at SEC Championships (75-73-82=230)…Low round of the season came in final round of the NCAA West Regional at Stanford, when she posted a 68.
As a Freshman (2011-12):
Named to the All-SEC Freshman Team… Martindale, in her first collegiate campaign, averaged 74.9 strokes per round in 10 tournaments this season in being named to the All-Freshman team. Her best finish this year was a tie for 21st at the Central District Invitational in Tampa, Fla…Her low round of the season came in the final round of the Cougar Classic in Charleston, when she fired a 71.
Amateur and High School Highlights:
Won five AJGA titles during her junior career before arriving at Vanderbilt and in September of 2010, she claimed the 2010 TSSAA Division 1 AAA State Championship for her Jefferson County High School… Ranked sixth by the AJGA Polo Golf Rankings in the class of 2011, Martindale captured the AJGA Woodward Video Junior at The Greenbrier, the TGA Tennessee Girls Junior Amateur Championship in July of 2010, and the 2010 Joe Cheves Junior Invitational at Mimosa Hills with a record-setting 68-67=135…Also posted four career AJGA national victories, which included the 2010 AJGA Rolex Junior All-American earlier this year.
