The Lambert File
Ella Lambert was a letterwinner in cross country and track and field at Turpin High School under coaches Carolyn and Marshall Remmele, where she recorded prep bests of 2:16.39 in the 800 meters, 4:56.86 in the mile and 18:10.00 in the 5K (XC). She was also a member of her high school’s dance team. Named the 2020-21 Cincinnati Co-Runner of the Year, she was a district champion in 2020-21 and a six-time state qualifier, placing top five at the 2020 state cross country championships. Academically, Lambert was a Summa Cum Laude graduate and was a member of the academic all-state team and National Honor Society.

Personal
Ella is one of three children. Her parents’ names are Amy and William, and her siblings’ names are Jack and Will. Her father was a thrower and her uncle, Dave, ran track at Miami (Ohio). A fun fact about her is that she has danced since the age of three.
