Renslow makes all-tournament team

HOUSTON, TX—The Vanderbilt bowling team struggled on the last day of the Kat Klash tournament, winning just two of five matches to continue its struggle with inconsistency.

Vanderbilt defeated Alabama State and Prairie View but dropped 4-game Baker sets to host Sam Houston State, Monmouth and Stephen F. Austin.

Robyn Renslow was named to the all-tournament team, based upon her third place individual finish Saturday. Arkansas State’s Sarah Lokker was the individual champion.

The Commodores are idle until Feb. 28 when they travel to Kansas City for Central Missouri’s Ozark Classic. They will host their own Columbia 300 Music City Classic March 6-8 at the Smyrna Bowling Center.

(Editor’s Note: We apologize for the late and sketchy information. The tourney was being held 90 miles from Sam Houston’s campus in a venue with no wifi signal so statistics are arriving many hours after the competition ended)
