On the last play…
“Obviously, she didn’t make it. I have to go by what the refs said. They looked at it, andyou had the best ref in the country looking at it, so obviously it was too little too late.”On if there was a play drawn up for the last play…”There wasn’t enough time to draw up a play. She just had to push it and try to get a shotas quick as she could.”
On the loss…
“It had to be one of the toughest losses since I’ve been at Vanderbilt.”What did you tell the team when they got back to the locker room?”Not much.”
On the play of Bianca Thomas…
“It’s tough when you talk about their best player at halftime and then she comes out andknocks down those threes. Our focus was just not where it should be. Our focus hasn’tbeen there on the road all year. It’s very frustrating. I don’t think her threes were theturning point. They just beat us. Their effort was better. They out-rebounded us.”
