NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Vanderbilt women’s basketball head coach Stephanie White has announced the Commodores’ 2019-20 nonconference schedule, which includes nine home games.
The Commodores will host Palm Beach Atlantic in an exhibition on Oct. 27 and opens the regular season with a five-game swing at Memorial Gymnasium. The slate will begin on Nov. 5 against Jacksonville State at 7 p.m. CT.
Connecticut will visit Nashville on Nov. 13 for the just the second time and first since the 1991-92 season, when the Commodores took down the Huskies, 75-47.
The Commodores will also welcome in Radford (Nov. 8), Saint Louis (Nov. 17) and Furman (Nov. 22) during the month of November.
Vanderbilt will play its first road game at Tennessee State on Nov. 25 before traveling to the Junkanoo Jam in Bimini, Bahamas (Nov. 27-Dec. 1).
Tennessee Tech (Dec. 5) and Eastern Kentucky (Dec. 15) will travel to Memorial Gymnasium, and the Commodores will compete in one final tournament prior to the holiday break at Washington (Dec. 20-21).
The final nonconference tilt against Columbia is set for Dec. 29.
