If you had told Ross Neltner when he graduated from Vanderbilt University last May that his next move would be playing professional basketball in Turkey, he wouldn’t have been surprised.
“But if you had told me when I graduated from Highlands (High School) five years ago that I’d be playing in Turkey, I’d have looked at you cross-eyed,” the 2003 Kentucky Mr. Basketball said.
