The Dores are 40-29 all-time in the NCAA Tournament. Vanderbilt has made a Sweet 16 appearance a total of 14 times, while the Dores have advanced to the Elite Eight five times. The Commodores made one Final Four appearance in the 1993 NCAA Tournament.
