NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Vanderbilt guard Duke Miles was tabbed the SEC Player of the Week following his record-setting Feast Week performance at the Battle 4 Atlantis.
The graduate guard was also named the Lute Olson National Player of the Week by CollegeInsider.com.
Miles scored a tournament record 73 points and a championship game record 25 in helping the Commodores to the Battle 4 Atlantis title. Miles averaged 24.3 points per game over the three-day event. He also added 10 assists and seven steals on the week.
Miles eclipsed the 20-point mark in all three games in The Bahamas, leading the Dores in each victory. He’s the first Commodore to score 20-plus in three-straight games since the 2023-24 season.
Miles is the first Vanderbilt player to earn SEC Player of the Week since Liam Robbins in February 2023.
Vanderbilt and Miles return home Wednesday to face SMU in the ACC/SEC Challenge. Tipoff is set for 8:15 p.m. at Memorial Gymnasium.
