MBB picked 2nd by SEC Media

The Commodore men’s basketball team was picked to finish second in the SEC preseason media poll by SEC media members, while John Jenkins, Jeffery Taylor, and Festus Ezeli were named to the All-SEC preseason team.

Vanderbilt received 265 overall points and four first-place votes in the media poll, second only to Kentucky, who grabbed 18 first-place votes and 282 points. Florida was picked third in the poll.

Jenkins and Taylor were named to the All-SEC preseason first team, while Ezeli was named to the second team.
