Jenn Hall to Leave Vanderbilt Women’s Basketball Team 1-4-05

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Vanderbilt head women’s basketball coach Melanie Balcomb has granted forward Jenn Hall a requested release from the team.

The sophomore forward from Folsom, Calif. played in four games earlier this season before taking a medical leave. Hall averaged 15.5 minutes per game 5.3 points per game. Hall also recorded 15 rebound  s and averaged 3.8 rebounds per game. While at Vanderbilt, Hall played in 32 games and registered 230 minutes. She connected on 30-of-83 field goals while shooting 36.5 percent from the field. She averaged 2.6 points per game.
 
“We appreciated Jenn’s contributions to the program while she was here. We wish her the best in the future,” Balcomb said.
 
Vanderbilt will return to action Thursday night when they host NC State in the Commodores’ final tune-up before Southeastern Conference play begins Sunday. The Commodores host South Carolina in the SEC Opener at 2 p.m.
