Vanderbilt basketball offering free admission for university students

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Vanderbilt Athletics has launched Home for the Holidays allowing anyone with a collegiate identification to enter Vanderbilt basketball games (Dec. 18-Jan. 6) for free by presenting their ID card at the main ticket office located at Gate 1. Students may also bring guests where tickets will start at $15.

Eligible free games include Saturday’s men’s game against Austin Peay at 1:30 p.m. and the 7 p.m. Saturday women’s game against Presbyterian, the Dec. 28 women’s game against Alabama State, the Jan. 2 women’s basketball game against Missouri and the Jan. 6 women’s basketball game against Arkansas.

College students may receive a discount to the men’s basketball game vs. South Carolina on Jan. 8. Tickets for students will be $10 at the gates and they must again report to the Gate 1 ticket office.

Memorial Gymnasium currently has attendance protocols in place. Please ensure you review and are prepared prior to attending the game(s).
