Getting to know Samir Sehic

Freshman forward Samir Sehic, from Atlanta, Ga., joined the Commodores this summer after averaging 20 points, 14 rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal as a senior at Cy Woods High School in Cypress, Texas.

Sehic recently sat down and answered a few questions from vucommodores.com about his life on and off the court.

My advice to young people is: It’s never too early to start focusing on a dream or goal
I chose to attend Vanderbilt: Because it would help me be successful with basketball and my degree will be with it.
