Fan Receives Buffalo Wild Wings VIP Game Experience
Last November,Vanderbilt athletics and Middle Tennessee Buffalo Wild Wings locations teamed up to offer fans a chance to win a VIP Game Experience to Tuesday’s game. Christian Edmondson of Shelbyville, Tenn., was selected for the experience and received the following at the Tennessee game: two game tickets, one parking pass, behind-the-scenes tour of Memorial Gym, a jersey signed by Kevin Stallings, team autographed basketball and an opportunity to compete on the court for additional prizes at halftime.
The halftime competition involved Edmondson having the opportunity to make a layup, free throw and a three-pointer. By making a layup and free throw, Edmondson received a $500 gift card to Buffalo Wild Wings and helped earn all fans in attendance a voucher for six free wings.
Vanderbilt Awarded for Chin-Up Challenge
Before Tuesday’s men’s basketball game, the United States Marines held its annual Marine Chin-Up Challenge at Memorial Gym. During the game, Lieutenant Burkett presented Vanderbilt fans with a trophy for completing more chin-ups at the game than the Tennessee faithful.
