March 18, 2007

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Vanderbilt is offering basketball fans a chance to support the Commodores in person as they compete in the NCAA Tournament East regional March 23-25 in East Rutherford, N.J.

Total Sports is providing a tournament package that includes a guaranteed ticket purchase through the Vanderbilt ticket office, roundtrip flight to East Rutherford, hotel accommodations, luggage transfer and transportation from the airport and the Continental Area.

“We realize it was hard for a lot of fans to make it out to Sacramento for the first and second rounds,” Senior Director of Development Lucy Jones said. “We know how much fun it is to travel with team supporters and we want all the fan support we can get.”

The charter flight will leave early Friday morning and return Sunday evening.

“Total Sports makes everything very easy for our fans,” Jones said.
