NASHVILLE, Tenn. — No. 15 Vanderbilt men’s basketball continues its road swing with a trip to Starkville, Mississippi, to take on the Bulldogs in a Saturday morning tilt.

Tipoff was adjusted to 11 a.m. with inclement weather expected to impact the area on Saturday. The game will stream on SEC Network+ and fans can also tune in to the radio call on 102.5 The Game and the Vanderbilt Athletics app.

  • Vanderbilt is looking to match its third-best 20-game start with a win on Saturday.
  • The 1973-74 Commodores opened the season 19-1, the best 20-game start in program history.
  • Vandy opened the 1955-56 season at 18-2, the second-best mark through 20 games.
  • The Dores have started a season 17-3 on six occasions, coming in 1963-64, 1964-65, 1965-66, 1966-67, 1992-93 and 2007-08.

  • Vanderbilt leads the all-time series 81-55 but Mississippi State has won six of the last eight meetings dating to 2019.
