NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Vanderbilt men’s basketball will play in the 2024 Shriners Children’s Charleston Classic presented by ESPN Events at TD Arena in Charleston, South Carolina, on Nov. 21, 22 and 24.
The eight-team field will see Drake, Florida Atlantic, Miami, Nevada, Oklahoma State, Seton Hall and VCU join the Commodores in Charleston. The full bracket and ESPN broadcast designations will be announced at a later date.
The 2024 Charleston Classic marks the 16th season of the tournament. The Dores are making their first appearance in the event and are 5-5 all-time against the other participants. The field features three potential first-time opponents for Vanderbilt in FAU, Miami and Nevada.
