Vandy’s Successful Debut
The Commodores were 13-1 in last week’s curtain-raiser in Madison. The coaches were generally pleased with the results as everyone got into the rotation, often in different spots and situations. At the same time, the tournament revealed some needed areas of improvement and with the quick turnaround this week, Vanderbilt only had Tuesday and Wednesday morning practices to iron out the wrinkles.

Another Wednesday Night Travel
Vandy elected to fly to Orlando nonstop Wednesday evening rather than trying to catch a flight at dawn Thursday. As a reward, the Commodores get to visit Disney World Thursday for a few hours before their late afternoon practice at the Sky Lanes.
