Dores Add Transfer

Commodores add Brylee Bartram from Florida

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Vanderbilt women’s basketball officially welcomed transfer Brylee Bartram to Nashville on Monday after she spent her freshman year at Florida.

Bartram set the national high school career record for made three’s and was the No. 79 prospect in the nation. The 2018 Florida 4A Player of the Year played in 29 games for the Gators last season where she averaged 4.2 points per game in 14.9 minutes per contest. She shot 33.3 percent from 3-point range and made multiple threes in 12 games.

“We are excited to add Brylee to the Commodore family,” said head coach Stephanie White. “Brylee brings SEC experience, the ability to spread the floor, create for herself and create for others. She will be a tremendous asset to our program on and off the court.”

Vanderbilt, which doubled its win total last season returns four of five starters from the end of the 2019-20 campaign as well as leading scorer Brinae Alexander, who played just seven games before a season-ending injury, and SEC All-Freshman honoree Akira Levy, who sat out last season after she transferred from Missouri.
