Today’s spotlight: Heather Bowe
Vanderbilt junior Heather Bowe is today’s featured player on our Countdown to Tipoff package that will lead up to the Commodores’ season opener against Belmont on Nov. 14.
Bowe has made a big impact in her first two seasons at Vanderbilt while seeing action in 59 games, including being in the starting lineup 34 times.
After earning a spot on the SEC’s All-Freshmen Team in 2012-13, Bowe followed that season up with a solid sophomore campaign, when she averaged 5.1 points and 4.3 rebounds per game.
