The Vanderbilt women have generated plenty of Memorial magic through the years, and on Thursday night, they’ll have a chance to produce some more. Playing their first home game in more than two weeks, the Commodores host No. 2-ranked and undefeated South Carolina at 8 p.m. (SEC Network). Vanderbilt, which is 8-0 at home this season, has pulled off multiple upsets against Top-10 opponents at Memorial Gym during head coach Melanie Balcomb’s tenure, with the most recent being a 74-63 win over No. 8-ranked Tennessee on Jan. 12, 2014.
