Vanderbilt sophomore Dee Davis scored a game-high 21 points, which tied her career high. And senior Ashley Earley, who scored 18 points, was one rebound shy of her third double-double of the year.

Once again, the Dores posted a relentless defensive effort, holding the undefeated Tigers to only 25 points in the first half. On the season, they have outscored their opponents 213 to 89. The Commodores continued their momentum by opening the second half with a 22-4 run.

With a record of 5-0, the Commodores are one of three undefeated teams in the Southeastern Conference. Neither LSU (7-0) nor Arkansas (4-0) have been beaten this year. The Commodores lead the SEC in nine categories, including scoring margin (+43) and three-point percentage (.536).

Tonight’s victory extends the Dores home-win streak against non-conference opponents to 48.
