The 2016-17 edition of the Vanderbilt men’s basketball team met with the media for the first time on Tuesday afternoon at Memorial Gym after a spirited practice and a three-point shootout with local media members.
Three-Point Contest
WSMV-TV sports anchor Chris Harris and his three-point shooting partner, Nolan Cressler, came away with the media shootout title, beating out WKRN producer and camera man extraordinaire Cal Baxter and Luke Kornet in a knockout playoff. Harris beat out local media members Baxter, Dave Foster of Fox 17, Brian McKeegan of WTVF-TV, David Boclair of the Nashville Post, and Zac Ellis of vucommodores for the title.
