Vanderbilt competes at Clemson Invitational

NASHVILLE, Tenn. –– No. 15 Vanderbilt women’s golf returns to the course this weekend to compete at the Clemson Invitational. The event features 54 holes over three days at The Reserve at Lake Keowee in Sunset, South Carolina. Vanderbilt has won the invitational twice, most recently in 2024.

“We’re excited to be back at Lake Keowee after a year away,” said head coach Greg Allen.
“The field is as strong as it’s ever been, and The Reserve is a fun golf course to play, a lot of birdie opportunities.”

The field this weekend includes No. 8 Arkansas, Clemson, College of Charleston, No. 4 Florida, Kent State, LSU, Maryland, Miami (FL), Michigan State, Ohio State, No. 18 Ole Miss, Princeton, No. 20 Tennessee, UNCW and Virginia Tech.

“This is our last test before heading to SECs and the girls are ready to compete,” said Allen. “We’ve had a good couple weeks of practice after the Darius, and I feel good about where we’re at.”

Sara Im leads the Vanderbilt lineup this weekend. Ava Merrill, Elizabeth Rudisill and Angelina Tolentino and Lynn Lim complete the scoring group for the Commodores this weekend. Kathryn Ha will compete as an individual.

Vanderbilt will tee off with Arkansas, Clemson, and Ole Miss at 8:00 a.m. CT on Friday. Live scoring for the event can be found HERE.
