Charitable Donations Form

All donation and autograph requests must be made through the Vanderbilt Athletics Fan Engagement and Hospitality staff or the donation request form available through vucommodores.com. Donation requests will be reviewed on an individual basis to ensure compliance with NCAA regulations and resource availability. Timely submission of a donation request does not guarantee that Vanderbilt Athletics will fulfill the request. There are two options for donation requests – either a certificate for tickets or an autographed item (see criteria below).

Note: This form must be received at least three weeks in advance of the date of the event.

NCAA Guidelines:
NCAA rules prohibit Vanderbilt from providing donations or benefits to students in 9th-12th grade, their family members, coaches, or other individuals who are associated with a prospective student-athletes. NCAA rules also preclude Vanderbilt University from assisting in fundraisers for scholarships, high schools, or other organizations that assist prospective student-athletes.
