It will be a jam-packed weekend of home events, beginning Friday when Vanderbilt’s soccer team hosts Lipscomb at 7 p.m. Friday’s soccer match will be the first of two home games for the team this weekend, and will begin a busy home slate of action for Commodore sports.
The men’s and women’s cross country teams and football team will compete at home Saturday. The cross country teams host the Commodore Classic at Percy Warner Park Saturday morning. The men’s race begins at 9 a.m. and the women’s race is at 10 a.m. Click here for more information.
Vanderbilt’s football team returns to action at 11 a.m. Saturday against UMass. Both teams will be looking for their first win of the season. The game will be televised by FSN and can be heard on VUCommodores.com, the Vanderbilt Gameday App and on Nashville radio stations 1510 AM, 98.3 FM, 560 AM and 95.9 FM.
